Who lost their GPS at Cottage Grove Reservoir?

OK, which one of you guys pitched your GPS into the Cottage Grove Reservoir? My own theory is it was someone who got especially frustrated at one of the difficult bearded monkey caches out there! I found it about 20 feet from GC10W2D (http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?guid=6769709d-8920-4981-bbcb-6e059f4b90ff) Well...I should say I found it 20 feet from where I think GC10W2D is supposed to be - I couldn't actually find the cache (of course!). Or possibly someone dashed it hard against the cement retaining wall out there, which would account for the less-than-pristine condition it's now in! (I can understand that one--I've thought about doing that to my iPhone a time or two!)

If nobody claims it, I'm gonna keep it as a backup!

Believe it or not! I lost my GPSr in the cottage grove reservoir and I was going after one of those Monkey caches. But looking at the pictures.....that does not look like like my long lost friend....I have a new friend though now.

You should make it into a cache container...
